Following its incorporation in 2007 (RC 704272) and further registration as a Corporate Engineering Consulting Firm (EF 00629) with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Jefcon & Associates Ltd has provided HIGH PRECISION engineering services, with projects delivered ON AGREED SCHEDULES and within STIPULATED BUDGETS.


For over 12 years, the company has carried out several water resources-related baseline surveys, inventories and inspections of dams in all Hydrological Areas of Kaduna, Kano, Jigawa, Katsina, Bauchi, Cross River, Edo, Delta and Ondo States of Nigeria for the respective State Governments. The company’s in-depth understanding of this terrain and its underlying mitigation cannot be overemphasized.

Our Environmental Impact Study (EIS)provides sufficient levels of detail to demonstrate that a proposed development will have no negative impacts on the natural features or ecological functions of the subject and surrounding ("adjacent") lands.

Project Supervision and Management

Our function in your project management is to ensure that the project objectives are achieved within the planned budget and schedule. Our methods ensure, among other things, the smooth continuation of the project while the project manager is away or if the project manager is replaced.

Project Costing, Valuation and Tender analysis

With a seasoned team of Quantity Surveyors who can provide a full system of budget estimate and cost planning, expenditure is controlled and clients receive better value for money in both design & construction, and project costs are kept within an agreed budget.

We prepare initial budget costs established by reference to cost data from previous projects. Our constant monitoring means that the risk of overspending can be seen at an early stage and prompt action taken.

We also assist the architect with comparative costs for alternative systems of construction or finishing, as well as advise on the total cost implications of particular methods of construction.
